The best employer is not the list, but the business goal. It represents the win-win relationship between the enterprise and the individual.


What happens if you don't become the best employer?

Foxconn's factory in Shenzhen, China, has been described as "sweatshop" by some media, but it has not shaken the position of Taiwan's richest man, Hon Hai Group boss.

Despite allegations of sex discrimination in the US, WAL-MART does not affect its acquisition of mart Mart stores in China and further expand its business in China.

Hewitt consulting concluded three characteristics of the best employer: high employee engagement, high customer satisfaction and high level of corporate performance.

The enterprises surveyed believe that these three aspects are their success.

It can be seen that the best employer is a win-win situation between enterprises and employees.

However, it is meaningless to indulge in the list.

For most enterprises, the best employer is a goal, or a manifestation of a sense of value.


Whether an enterprise is doing business or doing business is a business value concept.

What is the staff, not what, this is the staff values.

What kind of corporate values will have employees' values?

Different employee values can create different corporate destinies.
