Employee'S Wish List, Do You Know?

< p > according to hundreds of conversations between my staff and my boss and work, I would like to sum up what employees really want: < /p >

< p > when I ask them what they do for a living, their employees want to brag rather than feel sorry.

They hope that the people they meet will have a little impression on them, even if they are just doing a thankless job.

< p > < strong > 2. is treated fairly. < /strong > /p >

< p > although almost everyone is aware that life is unfair, employees do not want their a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_h.asp" to be "boss /a" to add to the existing injustice.

The employees hated favouritism.

They want to get subsidies and raise those who work hard, not those flatterer.

But employees usually think that friends and family are their "real" lives.

Even if they work hard wholeheartedly, they will feel uncomfortable if their work keeps them away from their friends and families.

< p > employees want their boss to be able to help 1 when they ask, or 2) they struggle too much to ask for help.

Employees do not want their boss to stare at themselves all the time.

< p > in almost every company, there is one or two bastards, making everyone's life miserable.

If the boss does not do this, the employees will think the boss is a weak person, or a fool, or even he is an asshole.

< p > < strong > 8., the pressure of feeling is relatively small < /strong > < /p >.

< p > people hate the feeling that they have too many things to do, but they do not have enough time to finish them.

Bosses must plan carefully, anticipate problems and set reasonable goals so that they will not increase unnecessary or unexpected pressure on employees' lives.

< p > < strong > 9. has a sense of security < /strong > < /p >.

< p > no sane employee wants to hire for life.

Even so, it is hard for them to concentrate when they feel that the sword is hanging over their heads.

Employees want to know that they are not wasting their time doing their best.

< p > < strong > 10. wins in the competition < /strong > < /p >

< p > finally, never underestimate the power of teamwork, especially when < a href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/news/index_h.asp" > team < /a > cooperation means to crush other teams into dust.

Employees do not want to be a member of the team; they want to be a member of the winning team.

< p > Why didn't money appear on this list of wishes? Well, because of the fact, I seldom hear anyone complain about their wages unless it complains with their wishes (for example, "they didn't give me enough reward for doing this.")

< p > to satisfy these ten wishes, your employees will remain loyal and work diligently, even if you give them less (or even far below) the remuneration they can get elsewhere.
