India May Establish Textile Parks In Canal.

India federal textile minister Shankersinh Vaghela said the central government will consider approving projects in Kerala's canal area, such as the comprehensive textile garden project, if appropriate land can be provided.

This is Vaghela's Seminar on the development of 2020 in the future of the canal, which was organized by the National Congress Committee on Sunday.

Khandor district is located 30 kilometers north of Kochi city. It is a main center of hand spinning machine in Kerala.

Vaghela requires the authorities to provide about 100 acres of land for the project.

He said that if the local textile industry set up a special purpose media, he would give priority to this proposal by working with the infrastructure rental and financial services company and textile park consultants of the Ministry of textiles.

Vaghela attended the opening ceremony of Canul's Ninth National Fashion Technology Institute on Saturday, which is expected to expand the potential of the local textile industry.
