In May 9th of this year, Zhou Yu was identified by the Nantong labor capacity appraisal committee as a work-related injury.

In June 23rd of this year, Zhou Yu was relieved from employment.

However, the two sides did not reach an agreement on the issue of work-related injuries.

For this reason, Zhou Yu has repeatedly sought business consultation, but enterprises have been evasive for various reasons. The solution to the problem of industrial injury is far from being resolved.

During his application for occupational disease appraisal, Zhou Yu heard that Shen Ling, a colleague who entered the factory in 1990, was also found to have occupational chronic moderate benzene poisoning. He contacted the two people for work-related injuries, and sought legal aid.

In July 15th of this year, two sisters of Zhou Yuhe and Shen Ling were given legal aid. The city legal aid center appointed Chen Bing, lawyer of Jiangsu purple Lang law firm, to handle the case.

In order to help two women workers to win arbitration at an early date, Chen Bing repeatedly went to the industrial and commercial department to confirm the name of the enterprise. He went to the CDC to understand the related situation of the female workers' occupational diseases, and carefully calculated the items and amount of damages, and encouraged two women workers at the same time.

In October 13th this year, the municipal labor dispute arbitration commission made an arbitration ruling on the two case: the total payment of Shen Ling's salary, one-time industrial injury medical subsidy and one-time disability employment subsidy totaled 234461.72 yuan.

The payment of Zhou Yu salary, one-time industrial injury medical subsidy and one-time disability employment subsidy totaled 129155.92 yuan.

In November 14th this year, the lawyer applied for enforcement in Chongchuan court.

In December 18th, the executive judge finally drew over 36 yuan from the account of a shoe company.

Yan Liqi, director of the legal aid center of the city, said that there are still many difficulties for women workers like Zhou Yuhe and Shen Ling.

When applying for legal aid, the residents of our city should apply to the people's government at the street office, the township (town) people's government or the civil affairs department at or above the county level to issue the "economic status certificate" and submit it to the Legal Aid Center for examination.

For migrant workers, the city's legal aid institutions have launched a "green channel" to avoid economic censorship and support them.
