Mr. Zhang Hailong's first impression is that he looks very young. He told me that this year is his own year.

During the conversation, I learned that Zhang Hailong did not do fur clothing when he entered the fur industry.

Zhang Hailong said he had been recuperating at home for two or three months after he was demobilized from the army in 04, considering that he grew up in a big town called "Qiu Du". He was familiar with the fur industry, and finally decided to develop his career in the fur industry.

At the time, fur clothing was also mainly exported, but he judged that domestic sales of fur clothing would become an inevitable trend, and once China's fur clothing market was launched, its scale and revenue would be immeasurable.

Speaking of this, Zhang Hailong smiled and said, "once the Chinese want to buy something, China will quickly become the largest market of such things. Computers and mobile phones have proved to be the same.

I am optimistic about the development of fur clothing market in China.

At the end of 06, Zhang Hailong made a decisive switch and began to make preparations for entering the fur clothing industry.

This time, he chose the business site in China's international camp fur trading center.

In April 07, Zhang Hailong formally entered the garment industry, and also became the first group of fur trading centers in the camp.

 

Zhang Hailong positioned his products in mid-range fur clothing, which is suitable for mass consumption, and the target group is young people pursuing fashion.

Through investigation, he found that fur clothing industry in South China has developed to a considerable scale due to its early start.

So Zhang Hailong focused on sales channels in Northwest China and Inner Mongolia.

Zhang Hailong said that the reason why he developed so fast in fur clothing field is to focus on product quality and style. On the one hand, more importantly, he pays attention to the cultivation of independent brands and the packaging of products from the very beginning.

Although he had just started a clothing business, he had only one retail outlet in the camp fur trade center, when he registered his own brand, the sea beauty.

He was the first registered brand in the middle and low end fur clothing business.

In fact, in the first year of operation, Zhang Hailong sold less than 1000 clothes, but all the clothes were sold on the "sea beauty" brand.

Although he didn't earn much money in the first year, he made him acquainted with more than 20 northwest customers based on Yinchuan.

Entering the 08 year, the "sea beauty" brand fur clothing began to sell.

The products radiated from Yinchuan to Baotou, Hohhot, Hailar and Erenhot in Ningxia, Gansu, Lanzhou and Inner Mongolia.

Zhang Hailong is proud to say that 80% of Yinchuan's fur clothing stores have "sea beauty" brand clothes, and many northwest customers are attracted by the fur trading center of the camp.

This year, Zhang Hailong made a fine decoration of the shop, showing fur clothing taste better.

His fixed customers have developed to over 100, and sales of clothing have increased by 10 times, breaking through 10000 items at one stroke.

 

    进入09年,张海龙更加踌躇满志。一方面将大营皮草交易中心的门市扩成4间,并重新进行了装修;另一方面更加注重产品包装、并加大在终端市场的宣传。张海龙还计划在今年推出一些水貂服装,将产品档次逐步向中高档发展。谈到今年的销售目标,张海龙伸出了四根手指:“我的目标是40000件。”

Zhang Hailong also said that he would pay more attention to brand building, so that more consumers recognized his "sea beauty" brand fur clothing. He believed that relying on the excellent platform of China's big camp International Fur Trade Center, "sea beauty" clothing would definitely become the golden phoenix of the brand.
