Jimo High And Medium Fashion Store World Trade Center Before The Spring Festival

According to the introduction, the city of Jimo, Shandong, has a total planned area of 268 thousand square meters, including the World Trade Center (foreign high-level office building), the Yongchang building (upscale office and apartment), the Hua Kai building (five star hotel), the World Trade Center (middle and high-end clothing department store), the commercial pedestrian street and the high-rise residential building six parts.

Among them, the world trade center has 26 layers of planning and design, with a total height of 109 meters, and a total area of 30 thousand square meters. The plan is to start construction this month. The main body will be closed before the Spring Festival, and will be put into use in August next year.

The lobby of the world trade center is designed with two layers of hollows and 10.1 meters in height. The two layer is designed as an inner restaurant, which can accommodate 400 people at the same time; three to four floors are conference and fitness areas; five floors are offices and 116 office rooms.

On the 15 day, the contractors of the world trade center also signed a cooperation project with the Hongkong four seasons department store, which mainly deals with medium and top grade garments, and is expected to open in May next year.
