Outward Documentary Bill

Export bill: it means that the exporter obtains all kinds of documents after sending the goods to the importer according to the provisions of the sales contract, and develops the draft to the importer according to the relevant provisions.

At this time, the importer can not pay the bill immediately, and the exporter takes the money back to the bank as soon as possible, requesting the bank to discount the draft.

If the bank makes a review, it agrees to discount, that is, to accept the draft and the documents, and then to pay the bill to the exporter after deducting the discount interest.

This kind of export bank's financing for exporters is called export bill.

After receiving the bill and documents, the exporter's Bank will submit it to the importer at the time when the bill is due, and make payment. If the importer pays the bank, the bank will withdraw the advance funds. If the importer refuses to pay the fare, the exporter's Bank has the right to ask the exporter to return the ticket.
