The cooperation project between Wen Xing group and Quanzhou Haitian Light Textile Co., Ltd. and DuPont Co of the United States covers an area of 100 mu, with a total investment of 360 million yuan, of which 150 million yuan is invested in equipment.

It is reported that this is China's exclusive PTT authorized DuPont Co production plant, after the completion of the project, the world's second DuPont Co authorized.
