Since its preparation at the end of 2007, the center has been carrying out the capacity building in strict accordance with the international advanced laboratory standards, based on the advanced software and hardware capabilities of the Zhejiang Provincial Quality Inspection Institute leather center, and has been in the forefront of the whole country in terms of international standard and EU Directive.

Huang Xinxia, director of the center, told reporters that in most cases, the importing countries have not yet put forward standard restrictions, and buyers have put forward higher requirements.

In order to get orders, enterprises must meet the requirements of purchasers. "Our task is to help enterprises cope with unexpected procurement standards at any time."

In recent years, technological innovation has become a force that can not be ignored in promoting the pformation and upgrading of leather industry to modern industrial clusters.

If the government invested 26 million yuan in the construction of technological innovation service platform, it introduced the R & D institutions of Fangyuan leather inspection center, China leather and shoemaking Research Institute, and set up a public laboratory of leather chemistry research, taking the key and common technology restricting the development of leather industry as the main research direction.

The upgrading of enterprise's innovation ability and the gradual improvement of regional innovation system have improved the overall competitiveness of Haining's leather industry.
