Registered trademark, as the most direct embodiment of "brand", plays a particularly important role in the development of Xiaoshan enterprises.


With the rapid development of economy, enterprises in our district pay more and more attention to the role of trademarks in the development process of enterprises. Many enterprises are actively applying for registered trademarks and striving for famous trademarks and well-known trademarks.

According to the statistics of industrial and commercial departments in the region, as of now, the region has 11757 registered trademarks, 48 well-known trademarks nationwide (8 of which are administrative cognizance), 83 famous trademarks in the province, 89 famous trademarks in the city, and 53 famous trademarks in the region.


At the same time, our region takes trademark as the main line, and integrates various brand building projects involving industry and commerce departments, including famous brands, famous trade names, "Shou Shou" units, trustworthy enterprises and star rated markets, and implements the development of "big brands" to enhance the effectiveness of brand building.

During the "11th Five-Year" period, our district has held hundreds of various brand docking meetings, and more than 3000 enterprises have joined the brand docking.

Now, "Germany and Italy" has entered the first square of the national kitchen utensils, which is no worse than some famous international brands.


Similarly, as a well-known aquaculture enterprise in our district, "Gong Lao Han" is also an example of using brand to write legends in the aquaculture industry with little difference in technology level and fierce competition.

At present, the "Gong Lao Han" brand turtle can be sold to two hundred or three hundred yuan per kilogram, nearly twice as high as the common turtle.


Brand enterprises have become an important pillar of economic development in our region.

According to statistics, a total of 215 district level enterprises and famous trademark enterprises (some enterprises have many brands and famous trademarks) in the region, the total value of industrial products reached 159 billion 300 million yuan in 2009, accounting for 43.69% of the total area, 163 billion 600 million yuan in sales revenue, 10 billion 72 million yuan in profits tax, and 7 billion 625 million yuan in profits.

It is these companies that are famous and famous trademarks, which make up less than 1% of the total business volume and create more than 40% of the total industrial output, and contribute more than 70% of the revenue to the financial sector.


Brand protection continues to strengthen


When the benefits brought by brands are increasingly obvious, trademark infringement and counterfeiting have become a "bother" in the development process of brand owned enterprises.

These enterprises show their magic and expand their businesses through brand protection.


The product export enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises in the region began to build their own trademark brands; as the characteristic industry clusters such as "North Swan" and other traditional industries, such as textile, clothing, feather and down, steel structure, chemical industry, sanitary ware, etc., they also carried out trademark registration and brand creation; some characteristic agricultural products such as "Qianjiang" and others in Xiaoshan went on the business mode of "enterprise + peasant household (rural cooperatives) + trademarks", and built their own brands; modern business, logistics, tourism, catering, intermediary and other service industries began to build their own brands; some professional markets in our region were also unwilling to lag behind; the thirty-fifth kinds of graphic trademarks of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Commercial City Development Corporation have become the first professional market famous trademarks in our region. For this reason, "man Jiang Li" waited for me.


It is also understood that, as the main implementation Department of the brand strategy in our region, the Xiaoshan branch of the industrial and commercial bureau has persisted in the work principle of "licensing and protecting brand" in the implementation of trademark strategy. It has continuously increased the administrative enforcement of trademark infringement and counterfeiting, and has dealt with all kinds of trademark infringement cases as the focus of the work, and has severely cracked down on the trademark infringement cases in the jurisdiction.


According to statistics, only during the "11th Five-Year" period, our district has investigated and dealt with 1050 cases of trademark infringement cases, and seized 6 million 140 thousand yuan of fines and penalties, effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of trademark registrants, and providing a good business environment and investment environment for our region.
