In management, system management and process management are basic management knowledge, and improving system and process is also the foundation of management.

However, the design of the system and process is only a technical thing, and is not able to speak on its own. A well designed system must be carried out to the letter, and some people need to carry out, control and maintain it without delay. If someone wants to carry out a strong and continuous supervision, the manager's courage is more important than any management technology. Otherwise, the system process can only be a waste of paper.


In fact, all the problems of the factory are on the boss.

The boss himself is not strict with himself, and naturally can not set an example. Where is the boss of a small factory sleeping up to nine o'clock every day? He is weak and indecisive. He has no principles in his work, nor does he supervise his subordinates to do things according to the system process. Even in the case of about 100000 forklifts being abandoned because of fewer batteries, they are still indifferent, which directly leads to the lack of responsibility and the failure of the system process.


Managers need to be strong in management reform, which depends on the courage of managers.

Comparatively speaking, although the private enterprise in Foshan started relatively low, it developed to more than 600 people in a few years, and it is still expanding geometrically. It comes from the management style and courage of the boss. Therefore, although the system process is not perfect and the management mode is not advanced enough, almost everything can be thoroughly implemented, thus laying a solid foundation for the rapid development of enterprises.


Sometimes management itself is a game.

If managers are strong enough, they will be weak in violation of regulations and vice versa. The fact also tells us that when a variety of illegal behaviors are displayed in front of managers, it is always important for the brave to win when facing each other.

If managers lack courage, any process will be nominal, any system will fail, and any enterprise will fail.
