Since the beginning of this year, the cotton spinning enterprises in Xinjiang have sold more than 32 yarn (including 32 branches) sold by Xinjiang cotton as raw material and sold to the mainland, and the fiscal policy of the autonomous region has been subsidized by 200 yuan in pportation costs, and 32 yuan per ton has been subsidized by 100 yuan for pportation costs.


The measures also stipulate that since 2011, the textile enterprises in Xinjiang have implemented technological pformation and received financial support from the financial institutions. The Finance Department of the autonomous region and the Commission of letters and commissions have provided interest subsidy funds from the special funds for technical pformation, and declared fixed assets according to the newly established textile enterprises.

Investment scale

The enterprises are expected to achieve profits and taxes. The Finance Department of the autonomous region and the Commission of letters and commissions shall arrange a total amount of not less than 20 million yuan a year from the special funds for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
