Chen Tao: yesterday afternoon, we held a press conference in the Great Hall of the people and the Jiangsu clothing association. This is also the press conference of the thirteenth Jiangsu Fashion Festival. This time we came to Beijing to participate in this conference or we came to Beijing to participate in this exhibition. We also came to Beijing as our Jiangsu news brand. This year, our Jiangsu clothing association also strongly supports our brand. Host: what is the positioning of the brand of Alton?
陈涛:是这样的,目前我们阿仕顿男装这块儿我们把它定位叫做城市休闲男装,这个也是经过我们长时间一个调研,最后定位出来公司要走的一个风格,首先我们对男装行业消费趋势做一个分析,其次对我们消费群体也做了一个深入的调研,那么还有对我们企业自身的一些所具备的资源,和我们一些行业内相关品牌他们的一些情况都做了详细的调研,那么根据这个行业消费趋势来说,未来男装消费我们总结出来,未来男装一定是趋向于品牌化,休闲化,个性化和舒适化这几个方面,从我们消费群体来说,消费群体现在也是愿意支付更多的钱在选择在更舒适这样的一个着装上面,而且品牌意识在不断地提升,原来一些可能初级阶段的时候很多散货店他有很强的竞争力,可以跟一些品牌店去分掉一部分消费群体,那么现在随着市场消费越来越成熟,未来男装这块儿
市场选择一定是品牌企业取代这些散货店,所以我们根据这个男装消费的这个趋势,我们发现休闲化,品牌化是我们未来要走的趋势,我们根据国内整个市场上来说,做商务男装这块儿已经是比较成熟了,而且国内很多一线品牌做的比较好,那么做个性休闲的品牌现在也不断的崛起,很多个性品牌在国内是异军突起,也是战略了很大一块份额,但是我们发现在个性休闲和商务之间的这一种我们把它称作大众休闲这个风格定位目前市场上不是很多,所以我们未来想在中国开更多的连锁店,我们首先就要定位是一个大众的市场,而且我们根据现在我们原来专卖店的消费群体,我们会员调研发现,25岁到45岁是我们一个消费群体的年龄段,25岁到35岁是我们核心年龄段,这样一群人正好处于事业奋斗期的男人,他们对男装消费这块儿比较理性,不是盲目的去追求这种奢侈品

陈涛:这里我给大家简单介绍一下,我们企业就是2003年初创,2003年的时候我们第一家零售店开业,当时也是我们企业刚刚创立,我们是从零售做起的,零售企业是从生产工厂生产来做起的,我们的出身就是从零售做起,开了第一家服装店,当时我们也是做代理,那么随着几年的发展,我们有一定的积累,而且有一定的资源,掌握一定的资源,那么从05年开始就正式运作阿仕顿这样一个品牌,05年我们当时定位的时候,就是要做连锁,而且是要做直营管理的连锁店,所以从05年开始我们发展阿仕顿,但是从05年到08年这个期间,相对来说我们发展的速度不是很快,因为我们是靠企业 一步一步的发展,然后再去开连锁店,有资金的积累再去开店,这样速度相对来说比较慢,但是那几年我们整个企业的管理这块儿包括文化打造这块儿,他的积累还是比较深厚的,几年
积累对我们是非常有帮助的,从08年开始我们公司就推出了加盟模式,全托管的加盟模式,也就是从08年开始,我们推广了加盟模式之后,企业的发展速度就是很迅速的就上来了,因为我们这种现在的品牌定位加上我们全托管加盟模式,再加上我们商业模式这几个点对我们投资商我们的加盟商非常有吸引力,08年到09年到2010年我们都是以每年翻一番的速度在发展,现在我们在整个的华东地区也近两百家连锁店,我们计划到今年年底发展到300家的营销目标,2003年到2011年公司也是蓄势的几年,09年我们搬到总部大楼以后,公司在运营标准的打造,在终端形象提升上面,在品牌推广上面都是在不断地加强,所以我们把今年2011年的定位叫做蓄势腾飞,那么接下来未来五年将是我们阿仕顿蓄势腾飞的,今年是我们的开局之年,也是我们战略计划的开局之年,我们亮相北京人民

陈涛:离这个目标还有一段距离,公司包括董事长,包括公司对这块儿的信心都很足,因为我们有一个好的商业模式,比较有凝聚力,有激情,有力量的这样一支团队,我们现在是这样的,现在在操作阿仕顿男装这样的一个品牌,那么我们这个商业模式在不断地优化,不断的成熟,当我们阿仕顿男装做到一定规模的时候接下来有可能多品牌运作,比如女装品牌,童装品牌,未来我们模式输出,品牌输出,管理输出,当几个方面都有一定的积累之后,那么我们将进行一个整合,我们未来就是想要把这个我们几个品牌最后整合成为一个中国的,未来还是想朝着这个方向去做,当然我们企业有一个核心价值观,专著这一点就是体现了我们愿景里面体现出来了,成为现代化国际化大型服装产业集团,所以未来不管我们怎么发展一定还是围绕着我们熟悉的服装产业在走,

,专业零售商,像国际上ZARA,H£M,SPA这样先进模式的典型代表,我们从创立之日起,从我们运作阿仕顿的时候就不断学习先进的模式,到了中国本土之后呢,我们把这个模式改良加以创新,能够适合我们中国市场来推广,经过这几年的运作,我觉得我们对商业模式这块儿还是有信心的,我觉得这个模式未来的路还可以走很长,也是可以快速发展的一个模式,因为我们现在全部采取了这种垂直化的运作,从商品企划,到品牌运作,到终端销售全部都是公司一体化运作的,没有任何中间环节,我们在商品定价上面有很大的定价权,所以我们现在商品在市场上的性价比还是非常高的,商业模式选对了以后我们觉得它只是一条可以到达成功一条路,至于怎么样才能做成功,更关键还是在于人,人是最关键的因素,所以说我们董事长也一直说,模式是很容易被模仿的,但是

陈涛:品牌推广,因为我们觉得做连锁这个商业模式的话,开连锁店,那么我们每一个连锁店就是我们最大一块推广阵地,我们把终端建设好,把我们的这个终端形象把我们的服务,把我们的这个商品陈列都做好,这是我们最大一块品牌推广的渠道,我们有两百个店,就意味着有两百个阵地,有一千个店就有一千个阵地,包括在公司整体推广上面,我们现在还是包括户外啊,还有整个的网络这块儿,包括和中国服装网合作,我觉得网络这块儿也是非常好的一块阵地,对于我们这种模式来说,因为我们是全托管的,我们不需要快速的去招代理商,因为我们没有代理商,我们也不需要去铺天盖地的打广告,所以更多是通过品牌塑造,通过品牌推广让更多人全了解我们这个模式,了解我们企业的优势在哪里,所以我们通过像中国服装网这样的国内比较好的网络平台,
不断地去通过一些软性的东西来把我们的文化,把我们企业的理念,把我们的先进商业模式真正传达给消费者,传达给我们加盟商,投资商,我觉得这一点是我们比较看重的,今后在和其他媒体的软性合作上,包括一些活动,大型的活动上面一些投资,目前我们整个电视媒体刚刚开始接触,因为我们觉得现在我们这个市场相对来说比较集中,目前市场主要集中在华东地区,电视媒体这块儿我们还是选择地方卫视和地方台在投放,未来如果我们向全国市场发展,会选择一些大一点的国家级的媒体,那么接下来公司有可能会在今年,目前我们在酝酿,寻找一个品牌代言人,也是帮助我们更好的做一个品牌的一个推广,和消费者建立一个更好的情感沟通,也是通过形象代言人传递给消费者我们品牌的价值观和我们品牌所需要传递给消费者的一个感觉。
