2. Duration of labor contract

3. Work content and place of work

5, labor remuneration
Ninth, Party A pays the wages of Party B in the form of currency every month.
The salary of Party B during the probation period is RMB.

Tenth Party A's production task is insufficient to make Party B unemployed, Party A pays Party B's monthly living expenses as per yuan or according to execution.


6. Social insurance and other insurance benefits.
The 101st Party A and B participate in social insurance according to the regulations of the state and Shanghai. Party A handles the relevant social insurance procedures for Party B and assumes corresponding social insurance obligations.

104th Party A provides Party B with the following benefits


7, labor protection, labor conditions and occupational hazards protection
105th Party A shall, in accordance with the requirements of the production post, provide necessary security protection measures to Party B in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state on labor safety and hygiene, and issue necessary labor protection articles.
106th Party A shall establish a safety production system in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the state; Party B shall strictly abide by the labor safety system of Party A, strictly prohibit illegal operation, prevent accidents in the labor process, and reduce occupational hazards.
107th, Party A should establish and improve the responsibility system for occupational disease prevention and control, strengthen the management of occupational disease prevention and control, and improve the level of occupational disease prevention and control.


8. Termination, termination and economic compensation of labor contracts.
The 108th Party A and B shall rescission, termination and renewal of labor contracts shall be carried out in accordance with the labor contract law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of the state and Shanghai.

10, labor dispute handling and others
The 2102nd party may apply for mediation to Party A's labor dispute mediation committee because of disputes arising from the execution of this contract. If mediation fails, the parties may apply to the labor dispute arbitration committee for arbitration.
