Since 2009, the state has introduced ten major industrial revitalization plans, and the province has also promulgated twelve major industrial restructuring and revitalization plans. The high and new technology industries dominated by electronic information and the modern service industry represented by information, logistics and finance have been developing rapidly. At present, Zhongshan is in the middle and later stage of industrialization, and shoulders the important mission of structural adjustment, growth spanformation and system innovation. Reporters yesterday from Zhongshan's "12th Five-Year" pillar industry adjustment and revitalization plan related documents, Zhongshan development and Reform Bureau is currently facing social bidding, invite relevant units to carry out Zhongshan "12th Five-Year" period of pillar industry adjustment and revitalization of the subject research.

The document clearly stipulates that the winning bidder needs to compile around the six pillar industries of new energy, equipment manufacturing, electronic information, health medicine, electrical machinery, metal products and textile services, which are determined by the municipal government, and formulate the plan for the adjustment and revitalization of Zhongshan's pillar industries in 12th Five-Year to clarify the development goals, main tasks, technical routes, industrial layout and safeguard measures of the pillar industries.

The main contents of the plan include the following four aspects: development status, problems, opportunities and challenges, guiding ideology, basic principles and development goals, expanding industrial scale, upgrading industrial level, leading production services, and developing industrial clusters. The research time required to be completed in July 2011 ~10, and will be evaluated before the end of October.
