Two Employees Of Shoe Companies Are Making False Wages And Embezzlement Of Public Funds.
Ren Huili and Sun Fang, head of the Department of a footwear company in Shanghai, used their posts to make false wage tables and jointly embezzled public funds. Recently, they were sentenced to 5 years' imprisonment and 3 years' imprisonment for the crime of embezzlement by the Songjiang District court.
From May 2005 to January last year, Ren Hui Li and Sun Fang were respectively responsible for the work of salary appraisal and personnel attendance.
In order to gain extra money, the two men, after premeditated, provided Sun Fang with a list of resigned employees and on-the-job workers. After making a false wage, Ren Hui Li was mixed into the company's resignation employees and their employees' salary verification forms and salary forms, thereby embezzling company property monthly.
During the period, they received cash and articles valued at over 19.3 yuan, and they were divided privately each month.
