PRADA ranks first in the list of complaints on big fashion brands.

Association statistics, from March 15, 2011 to March 15, 2012, received a total of 3756 luxury brands after sales complaints, of which Prada occupies the top complaint list, followed by Chanel and Louis Weedon.

According to the category, most international complaints accounted for 46.5% of the total complaints.


In the whole complaint, only 16.2% of the respondents have responded satisfactorily or have been resolved. Most of the complainants are dissatisfied with after-sales service and attitude and need to be improved.

Most of the standards for handling complaints against consumers will be resolved in time. Only in the most consuming Chinese market in the world, the performance of luxury brands is not fully satisfied with consumers. The average number of post-sale complainants per year in the same luxury brand in China is more than 65%.


The World Luxury Association believes that the factors that cause the above situation are specific Chinese phenomena, such as the low cost of developing the business market in China, the fast speed of brand opening, the neglect of training and management of sales service teams, and the low quality of some brands in China.

According to the report, as of March 15, 2012, 38 international luxury brands confirmed to the World Luxury Association that no internet websites were authorized to sell their products in China.
