Kunming Recently Launched The "New Kunming De Exhibition International Garment Industrial Park".

On the afternoon of June 5th, the tenth ASEAN China investment southwest conference was held in the center of China World Trade Center. 1600 investment promotion projects from 6 provinces and municipalities in Yunnan, Chongqing, Sichuan and Guangxi attracted more than 600 Chinese businessmen attending the conference.

Nearly 10 projects, such as tea culture industry park, are involved in attracting investment.

In addition to setting up a negotiation hall for Chinese enterprises, the conference has also opened 3 key projects (VIP): the overseas Chinese business hall, which mainly refers to overseas Chinese businessmen and companies with strong strength, influence and investment intentions; the eastern enterprise pavilion is mainly aimed at Chinese businessmen and overseas Chinese enterprises who have successfully invested in the eastern region, and the relevant units and enterprises in the western provinces, municipalities and negotiation centers, and southwest provinces, municipalities and municipalities, and have exchanges and cooperation projects with participating Chinese businessmen.

In the same day, a total of 1600 investment projects entered the field to participate in the face-to-face negotiation. The participation project not only covered the industry of the first nine activities, but also strengthened the introduction of green economic and environmental projects, urban construction, biopharmaceutical, park construction, cultural and creative, financial industry and other fields.

At the current fair, Kunming launched the new Kunming Germany Exhibition International.

Nearly 10 projects, including industrial park, Kunming tea culture industry park and Kunming Haikou Industrial Park sewage treatment project, are involved in attracting foreign investment.

Among them, Kunming de Zhan International Garment Industrial Park is the first garment industry industrial park in Yunnan. The park is located in the Jinning Oolong light industrial base. It covers an area of 204 mu, net land 175 mu, construction area 310 thousand square meters, standard workshop 220 thousand square meters, and the total investment is estimated to be 583 million yuan.

The project is expected to be completed and commissioned by the end of this year or early next year.

The Kunming Tea Culture Industrial Park, which is to be built in the Chenggong area, has a planned area of about 1500 mu. The first phase covers an area of 400 mu. The project is divided into the Tea Culture Expo area, the tea (derivatives) professional market area, the tea products (Electronic) Trading Center, the tea products and derivatives research and development center, office building area, the business (apartment) central area, the cultural leisure tourism street area, the fashion residential supporting area 8 functional areas, the total investment is estimated at about 1 billion 200 million yuan, and the plan will be completed in 3 to 5 years.

According to the staff of the Kunming project negotiation area, more than 1000 pieces of information brought to the negotiation site were collected by the participants less than two hours after the opening.
