Therefore, in the design of continuous washing equipment, it is the most ideal to keep the knitted fabric in a low tension rope like running state by rope washing for the soaping and washing processes after the initial desizing of flat washing.

The continuous water washing process is as follows: open width feeding → cloth surface centering → spray water washing → single drum hole wheel circulating water washing → double drum hole wheel circulating water washing → fluffy excessive → rope like water washing (5 cases in total, 25 grids) → rope like vacuum dewatering → opening → centering → cloth dropping. In different stages of the rope shaped washing box, the knitted fabric is continuously washed through the chemical washing action of different auxiliaries and repeated physical cleaning actions such as wetting, rubbing, flapping and squeezing, so that the size and attachments on the fabric are removed in the process of continuous chemical changes and physical cleaning.
