Now you can be alone. You have more and more responsibilities on your shoulders. Skill And professional requirements are also getting higher and higher. At the same time, you get more autonomy -- making decisions like your boss did before. You may have become a member of the product evaluation team. Perhaps you can offer some constructive suggestions for increasing customer satisfaction. Now it's time for your gold to shine.


   Potential obstacles: hesitant about the next career goal


Most people at this stage should have several options for career development. If you are not sure where you want to go, you may never reach the final goal. So, you have to find out whether you need to continue to improve your professional ability by completing more challenging tasks, or start to lead a project or group to improve your management skills. To be an expert or a supervisor depends on your choice.


   The third stage: leadership. Administration subordinate


Now you have a title like manager, supervisor, supervisor and so on. When you sit in this position, you will start to own your subordinates, maybe five people, maybe fifty people. In this position, you have the task you need to accomplish, and you should also supervise the completion of others' tasks.
