Xie Zhenming said that the two low price and high quality waterborne resins were successfully developed by joint efforts of all scientific and technological personnel of the Xinke Synthetic Leather Research Institute in Lishui, with the support of the Development Zone Management Committee, especially the leaders of the Economic Development Bureau. This is the bottleneck that makes the waterborne resin difficult to popularize because of the price problem, and is a major breakthrough in the comprehensive water quality of synthetic leather.

Of course, we must look at the real effect, evaluate the actual capacity and product performance, determine the total emission reduction, and turn from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.
