In October 15th, a public music television, called "heart felt", was released on the Chinese social network. It was a music TV which was performed by blind children and performed by people of different colors and nationalities. It was made by Chinese independent producer Liao Xiajian, a Canadian Chinese composer Mai Yuan Yuan and a team of artists from all over the world.
