The commonly used manuscripts of official documents include the following:

One is the draft.

It is the original manuscript of official document, which is used for revision, discussion and approval. It is the original informal manuscript.

The revised draft, the discussion draft, the draft for soliciting opinions and so on are not formally determined, and do not have the statutory effect of official documents.

Finalization

The three is the original.

Four is a copy.

Also known as pcript, is the original copy or copy, mainly for reference, for reference; the five is the book.

Some regulatory documents are not yet mature and need to be further tested in practice.

The seven is the provisional edition.

It refers to a text which is temporarily formulated when it is impossible to draw up perfect documents. It only has statutory effect in the prescribed interim period.

Revised edition

It refers to the text that has been issued effective documents after a period of practice inspection, which is revised and supplemented and published again.

The date of entry into force of the revised version is the time when the original version is invalid.

The nine is all kinds of text.

It includes the text books of all ethnic groups in China and all kinds of foreign language texts. If necessary, the standard text should be provided.

Different manuscripts of official documents have different statutory utility and value.
