Wang, a 25 year old man from Jiangxi, is rented in Ouhai Xinqiao street.
In 2013, she registered two online stores on Taobao to sell garment accessories.
Since January 1, 2014, she began to sell illegally made registered trademarks by Taobao store.
Wang's online shop also provides customized trademark identification services for guests.
In the course of operation, she found that the brand names such as "ZARA", "Dior", "Adidas", "Chanel" and "big mouth monkey" were the best sellers, and ordered a large number of above trademarks to be stored at home.
These trademarks are sold by the set, including a tag, a rope, a label, etc.
Wang explained in court that 100 sets of trademark labels can only sell dozens of dollars, and profits are 10%-20% of sales.
When Wang was arrested, 75050 registered trademarks of five illegal manufactured products were found in his home, including "ZARA".
According to statistics, the total volume of pactions between the two online stores from January 1, 2014 to June 2, 2015 amounted to 149776 yuan.
The public prosecutor said that the five registered trademarks of the "ZARA" illegally seized in Wang's home were identical with those of the five registered trademarks, designs, letters, and arrangements. The two were visually different from each other and were easily misled by the public.
These sets of labels, which sell less than 1 yuan, will be able to turn ordinary products into international one or second tier brands after illegal purchases and processing, which not only damages consumers' rights and interests, but also disrupts market economic order.
The court will select the case for sentencing.
