Sun Huaibin pointed out that the "three products" strategy is an important part of the textile industry's implementation of the structural reform and deployment of the central supply side during the "13th Five-Year" period. It is an important measure to effectively guide the return of textile and clothing consumption overseas, and is also an inevitable choice for the pformation and upgrading of the textile industry and the improvement of quality and efficiency in the current situation.

The implementation of the "three products" strategy in the textile industry should be carried out in a practical way, from the three aspects of increasing variety, quality and brand creation, and putting in place a practical guarantee mechanism to form a "3+1" policy path system.

In terms of increasing varieties, it is necessary to strengthen research on market and fashion trend, intensify product development, and enrich product structure.

In terms of quality, we should set up the concept of "quality first" at the strategic level, inherit and develop the spirit of meticulous, striving for perfection and professionalism, and pay close attention to effective management methods and management modes, and implement the "big quality" construction of the industry.

The forum invited the winners of the economic research achievement award to focus on the research of the "three products" strategy of textile and garment, the development opportunities of China's textile and clothing export and investment, the green and low carbon industries of textile industry, and fully published academic views.
