Donghua Students Issued A Strong Voice: Models Are No Longer Hangers On The T Stage.

In recent years, the fusion of different styles in photography competitions has become increasingly prominent. For example, in 2016, SONY World Photography Awards classified 14 categories of professional groups in two categories: Art and documentary. (Art: architecture, concept, scenery, portrait, stage, static objects, street pat; documentary category: Competition, current events, documentary, life, nature and animals, humanities, sports), to some extent, it also artificially divided different theme styles.

What kind of category do you classify in fashion show photography?

I didn't think about this before, but recently I saw the topic of photography classification, so I shared it with you. Because I thought it would be a documentary class in the past, but today I will classify the fashion show as an art category (although there are also costume competitions). Especially in April 19th, I watched 2019 Donghua University's "performing" fashion show graduation project, which has a greater understanding of art photography.

You will know more about the way of watching shows, such as the theme of the conference, such as the series of styles, such as how to integrate the theme and the fabric and style. But we can go back to the models themselves when they fade away from the costumes. How can they play their roles on the T stage besides clothes?

This is what the 2015 fashion show graduates want to express.

What will happen when photography is no longer a focus on clothing, but a focus on performance?

I follow my understanding, because after all, the ability to perform is limited.

The first team is actually very able to show the theme, the theme is Unfinished studio, the hanger model placed in the studio in the evening a magical scene, they become human type, just like artificial intelligence, one by one "wake up" as a living model, take a show, and then return to the model to end.

The theme of the second group is cloud thinking, which combines traditional costumes and fashion songs.

The theme of the third team is NO.1519, a little dark line style.

The theme of the fourth group is the counter direction clock, the banquet dress show turned into cowboy style. During the performance, the model also has a dance interaction with one of the teachers on the stage, and the atmosphere becomes graceful from the elegance.

The fifth team is very impressive. The model in the red hat is a little magician. She has a little wand. The models are all small Wands that do not obey orders.

So there is an accident on the scene but a reasonable deduction.

Each of the five teams has its own characteristics. After the exhibition, the best planning organization group award, the best modeling design group award, the best T stage performance individual award and other awards were awarded.

Like Li Yunhan's graduation speech in the best modeling design group award, the show is their best interpretation of their profession, trying to prove that models are not only clothes, but also people who can interpret souls on T.

The best time to get the best T performance personal award is to express gratitude to his alma mater: we are graduating soon, entering the campus for the first time, in my memory as if it were yesterday, because Donghua, we gathered from all corners of the country, from the unfamiliar new classmate to the classmate, four years are about to walk out of the campus. I believe everyone's hearts are mixed with feelings. There are many memories of Donghua in our memories. There are many teachers who are diligent in guiding the figure, some classmates are laughing and memorizing friendship, there are too many memorable clips on campus.

Also hope that the students cherish the friendship, teachers and students, the performance has ended, the stage of life still needs you to throw away youth and enthusiasm, come on!
