Jiaxing energy (600273.SH) announced that the company intends to purchase 1.4065% of the five natural persons Wang Weiqiang, Cai Kangjun, Yao Yong, Gu Quanrong, Zhao Linjie (the corresponding investment amount of 3 million 488 thousand and 97 yuan) in the shareholders of Zhejiang Jiaxing New Material Co., Ltd. (Jiaxin new material). The new material will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The transaction price will be based on the assessment results, and it is estimated that the total amount of the transaction will not exceed RMB 8 million yuan.

Wang Weiqiang, the chairman of the company's board of supervisors, is a related natural person. The transfer of shares between the company and the company is related party transactions. Wang Weiqiang holds a 0.7742% stake in Jiahua new material (corresponding to 1 million 920 thousand yuan), and the company and its proposed transaction price is not expected to exceed RMB 4 million 400 thousand yuan.

In order to speed up the restructuring of sulfonated pharmaceutical industry, the transaction is proceeding from the development needs of the company. After the equity transfer, Jiahua new material has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. It has a positive effect on promoting the restructuring of sulfonated pharmaceutical industry, and at the same time saving the cost of restructuring pharmaceutical sulfonated pharmaceutical industry.
