Exchange Textiles (01382): Renewing Agreement With Toray Group On Yarn Sales
Mutual textiles (01382) announced that in July 28, 2017, the company and Toray sold a total head agreement to the group for yarn made or owned by Toray group. The original term of the head office agreement has expired on March 31, 2020, and the head office agreement has been automatically renewed for three years to March 31, 2023.
In the three year ended March 31, 2023, the new year ceiling for transactions under general agreement agreement is HK $230 million per year. On the date of this notice, Toray is the main shareholder of the company, holding about 28.73% of its issued share capital, so it is a related person of the company.
