Star Network Ruijie: IPO Is Resumed Today
Fujian star network Ruijie Link Communications Inc (star net Ruijie, code 002396) resume its IPO today.
In April 9th, the company published the prospectus. In April 14th, it was found by the company that there were differences between the legal status of some patents and the contents of the prospectus.
The company immediately postponed the public offering.
In May 26th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the examination and Approval Committee approved the first meeting of the star network, and the company IPO resumed the issue.
The company plans to issue 44 million shares.
The company will make a preliminary inquiry from May 31st to June 2nd, and will confirm the issue price in June 3rd and issue it online in June 7th.
The fund will be invested in three projects after deducting the issuance cost: 1, the construction of the network, communication and terminal products; the 2, the fixed network payment terminal and the system industrialization project; 3, the DMB networking information distribution system and its terminal product R & D and production projects; and it is estimated that the investment fund will be about 320 million yuan.
Star network is the main business of R & D, production and sale of enterprise level network communication system equipment and terminal equipment, the main product line includes enterprise network equipment, network terminal and communication products, among which the main products of enterprise network equipment are switches and routers, the main products of network terminals are thin clients, and the main products of communication products are wireless fixed telephone terminals and broadband access terminal devices.
In 2009, the company achieved total revenue of 1 billion 725 million, net profit of 163 million yuan, and earnings per share of 0.8079 yuan.
