In April 6th, the National Technical Committee for the standardization of electronic commerce quality management was formally established in Hangzhou.

This means that China's electricity supplier industry is expected to usher in the era of standardization.

According to the briefing, the Commission will mainly focus on the quality management, quality integrity, quality supervision, quality risk prevention and control of e-commerce, and formulate national standards, improve the standard system, promote standardized comprehensive reform and participate in international standardization activities.

In recent years, the electricity supplier industry has been advancing by leaps and bounds, but chaos has also been banned.

Among them, the most prominent problems are fake and shoddy and two major ills.

The establishment of a reliable quality control system is an important task for large-scale e-commerce platforms.

Liu Pingjun, director of the National Standardization Committee of electronic commerce quality management, told reporters that there are significant differences between the e-business platform and the traditional enterprise quality management mode. Although the National Standard Committee has issued dozens of relevant e-commerce standards in recent years, there is still no uniform standard for the commonly used e-commerce business.

"The establishment of the committee will help improve the quality problems of the domestic electricity supplier industry."

Liu Pingjun said.

Reporters noted that from the operational perspective, cooperation from the electricity supplier platform and regulatory authorities has been increasing.

In January last year, the national e-commerce quality information sharing alliance was established.

Alibaba, as the first batch of members, regularly synchronously discovers quality illegal clues on the platform to the alliance Secretariat every month.

The AQSIQ is the administrative body responsible for the national quality management, giving full play to its functional advantages and realizing the "online discovery and offline strike" by the linkage between government and enterprises.

Subsequently, the AQSIQ law enforcement supervision division held a cooperation signing ceremony with Alibaba and other electronic business platforms. The two sides agreed to jointly promote the quality assurance of enterprises' products, and jointly released the information on the implementation of the company's product quality commitment.

Zheng Junfang, chief executive officer of Alibaba, said in an interview with the economic news reporter twenty-first Century, "we often complain that there are many fake products and weak supervision in the electronic business platform. In fact, e-commerce is a microcosm of the entire retail market. Because the volume is relatively concentrated, the problems existing under the line have been enlarged.

"What worries me most is to take a magnifying glass to see the case.

For the entire platform, it is impossible to achieve zero. I will not promise to achieve zero.

Our complaint is only about ten thousandth.

If you have to look at a magnifying glass, you can't live with too many bacteria on your body. "

Zheng Junfang added.

In her view, the so-called strengthening of e-commerce regulation is co governance and co construction.

The electronic business platform has done a lot of rules and regulations between consumers and sellers in the past more than 10 years.

Now, we can connect the rights protection link through the standardized platform.

"For the simplest example, we can provide the police with the address, cell phone and all kinds of monitored information of the fraudsters, and link them to combat illegal activities.

Through big data detection, we can also predict some gangs' criminal acts.

All along, the platform has paid a considerable price on the issue of selling off platforms, and it is basically fighting alone.

Take Alibaba as an example, the company only invested 130 million yuan in 2015.

And its platform commodity quality management is faced with the huge system of about 10000000 merchants and 1 billion orders of magnitude.

At the same time, credit speculation, brush up and other acts have also seriously affected the user experience of the e-commerce platform.

"Stir letter" refers to the sales of electricity suppliers using false pactions, comments fraud and other means, quickly improve sales, reputation, praise rate and other data indicators, so as to win the platform to promote traffic, and attract consumers to buy marketing methods.

One of the most commonly used tools is the "brush list".

Zheng Junfang told reporters that this year Alibaba will further communicate and cooperate with the business sector to crack down on the "brush bill" behavior.

"Our industrial and commercial task force has been set up to start communication and cooperation with the business sector, and will soon make progress in combating" speculation ".

Chai Yueting, a professor of Tsinghua University and head of the national electronic commerce standardization group, said that because of the lack of basic information facilities, China's electricity providers face many challenges both at home and abroad.

Basic information facilities include three major public service platforms: electronic business trusted platform, electronic invoice service platform and cross-border integrated service platform.

"The establishment of these platforms and standardization of quality management will reduce all kinds of operating costs by nearly 10%-30%."

The Concrete Manifestation Of China'S Textile Exports Encountering Green Trade Barriers

As a developing country, China should actively apply the WTO rules to oppose the abuse of green barriers. When other members take restrictive measures on China's export commodities, we should first conduct an active investigation to determine whether the foreign measures are in line with the WTO rules.
